The platform gives users an option of search, discovery, booking appointments, teleconsultations, medicine order, diagnostic test booking and emergency requests.

Sanova Private Limited is not a service provider but is merely an intermediate and facilitator.

Incident of Services (Aggregator Platform)

Sanova Private Limited operates as a digital intermediary platform that connects users with third-party healthcare service providers including:

• Doctors and medical practitioners
• Hospitals and clinics
• Diagnostic laboratories
• Pharmacies and medical stores
• Ambulance and emergency transport providers

Sanova Private Limited does not offer any medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, pharmacy, or emergency medical services. The independent third-party service providers provide all services. The User and the Service Provider have a strictly medical consultation, treatment, diagnostics, medicine purchase, or emergency services agreement, and Sanova Private Limited is not involved in it.

User Accounts

In order to access some of the platform features, a user can be asked to create an account.

Users agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure.
• Make decisions on behalf of everything in their responsibility.

Sanova Private Limited also makes it easy to book diagnostic tests and home sample collection by using third-party laboratories.

Independent laboratories offer all the diagnostic services.

E-Pharmacy and Delivery of medicines

Sanova Private Limited links the users to licensed pharmacies to deliver the medicine.

Sanova Private Limited has no liability on account of:

Users agree that:

• Service providers decide on the prices.
• Sanova Private Limited does not have control over pricing.
• Charges on payment gateways can be paid.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy

Currently, Sanova Private Limited does not provide any cancellation or refund policy.

Any kind of booking, appointments, consultation, diagnostic booking and services payment is neither refundable, nor cancellable, unless this is determined by the respective service provider.

It is recommended that the users should verify information before making payments.

Availability of Services

Termination
